Delivery Inforamtion
1. Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
We do not support expedited processing for now.

2. Delivery Time & Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (Free for orders over $180)
Delivery period: 7–15 business days
Coverage: United States mainlands
Tracking number will be sent to your registered email once the parcel departs our warehouse
Express Shipping (Flat rate $25)
Delivery period: 3–6 business days
Fast door-to-door delivery, full logistics tracking available
Applicable to all US states
3. Shipping Exclusions
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. PO boxes, military bases, remote islands and overseas territories are not supported for delivery.
4. Order Tracking
After shipment, a tracking link will be sent to your order email automatically.
You can also check logistics status via the "Order History" page in your member account.
Logistics updates may delay 24–48 hours after the package is scanned by the carrier.
5. Delivery Notes
Please fill in your complete and accurate address, including zip code, contact phone number. Incorrect address will lead to delivery failure and extra reshipping fees borne by customers.
If no one signs for the parcel, the courier will attempt delivery twice. Undelivered goods will be returned to our warehouse, and return & reshipment fees will be deducted from refunds.
Damaged packages or missing items must be reported to our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the parcel, with photos of outer box and products attached.
6. Shipping Cost Rules
Orders under $180: Standard shipping fee $12
Orders ≥ $180: Free standard shipping
Express shipping is optional for all orders, fixed fee $25 regardless of order amount
